Like everyone else, I've needed them for my Dodge Magnum for a very long time. I ordered the set and installed it right away. Hold onto your hatch! Luckily I've gotten into the habit of holding on to the sunroof when I'm going up because I've had to slide it up and hold it for years. Now I have to hold the sunroof when I open it because it lifts off and if I don't hold it the whole car shakes! I am very happy with these kicks as I no longer have to worry about being thrown out of the hatch unless I prop it up with a broomstick! I only installed them this week so can't confirm durability but they are reliable and work great! I would recommend this product to anyone who needs tailgate shock absorbers. Don't hesitate even a moment longer. The price is good and they are easy to install with a small narrow slotted screwdriver. (They don't come with installation instructions, but you can find instructions on YouTube.) My husband couldn't even say anything critical about it, and otherwise he has a lot to say!
