To use this product you need to pull out the middle cardboard tube, the video shows the person pulls it out with no problem, just slips out. I have ordered them several times out of necessity and none of the rolls have been easy to use! The middle box is SUPER difficult to detach and pull out, you have to really try to get it out! There is really no absorbency, each sheet is very thin. The biggest plus though is that if you use it with a holder it looks neat and is easy to dispense if you don't have a large spill to pick up this will work for you. We keep ours over the sink in the laundry room for wiping down the shelves and drying our hands.
