The CM19A RF transceiver (and the TM751 ordered at the same time) arrived quickly and works great. Two notes on these two devices: In some old reviews, people have complained about the loud clicking noise the TM751 makes when activated. Well yes, it's loud. But the TM751 works as a device module with a power rating of 500 watts and therefore needs a fairly powerful relay. If you don't like the click, just stay away from the Code 1 device. Some have pointed out that the CM19A needs to be plugged into an always-on computer. Again, yes, that's how it works. I use mine with a $35 Raspberry Pi, which only draws a watt or two, so leaving it on all the time isn't a big deal.
