I like that factorial is able to provide us insights into which channels are performing well (both in terms of revenue as well as traffic). The tool can be used during both initial onboarding for new users or ongoing engagement throughout their entire lifecycle within our platform. It's not always easy seeing trends when you have so many different factors impacting them - it would help if we had more granular data points! We're looking at ways where this could improve over time but currently there isn't much else out here right now unless someone wants something custom built/developed themselves. Our team has been using factorial since its inception back around 2014 / early 2015. Back then they were providing AOV metrics only rather than segmentation by product line etc. But even today those types of reports still exist alongside other KPIs such as average order value per user.
