I like that it is very customizable, allowing you to create many different types of reports with little effort (although there are some things which require more work than they should). The price can be higher for what we get at times as well but again if our needs aren't met then nothing really stops us from finding other options out in market place or building them ourselves/paying someone else who will do so better. We were able solve one problem when using rakama - not being up-to date enough information about customers' purchase behaviour compared against their actual spending habits across channels / products etc.- It helps understand where gaps exist between spend vs target & allows marketing teams quickly identify new opportunities by matching current behaviours wt future goals ewg re cross channel campaigns targeting specific product lines rather thn just 'cross sell'. This was important given my organisation's need tio go The ability to create custom dashboards and reports is my favorite feature. It's very intuitive and allows for quick, easy, and targeted reporting. I wish there was more of an option to save the dashboard as a template so that it would be available later. This is a great tool if you are looking to make sense of all of the information that comes in from your social networks. It can also help organize ideas and concepts into actionable steps.
