I like that it is an intuitive user interface, very clear to see when you have issues with your application or how much activity your users are doing within the app. The system can sometimes become confused at times and crash if there's too many connections being made over time which makes troubleshooting difficult. The ease of use, the ability to link our CRM with our other systems such as Salesforce, the flexibility of the tool to customize it for your needs, the way that they understand the needs of their customers. I like that it is very customizable, allowing you to create many different types of reports with little effort (although there are some things which require more work than they should). The price can be higher for what we get at times as well but again if our needs aren't met then nothing really stops us from finding other options out in market place or building them ourselves/paying someone else who will do so better.
