The ease of use, the ability to link our CRM with our other systems such as Salesforce, the flexibility of the tool to customize it for your needs, the way that they understand the needs of their customers. I like the fact that you can set up your own rules to allow you to use the tool without constant support from the Rakam staff. There is nothing that I dislike about Rakam. It is a great product to have in place and I feel comfortable using it every day. We are able to create more accurate information for our salespeople. This allows us to have better and quicker decisions when it comes time to close deals.
