The ADF tray does not hold standard US 8-1/2 x 11" paper (because the input tray is too narrow). Although the manual feeder is designed for 5-6 pages, jams occur at 6 (and sometimes 5) when using standard office paper. The nominal editing speed on your site is 106.29 fpm. I get less than 10% of it at 10 fpm. I contacted the company at the address given on their website and in the product manual and got a response that the hsm.us domain no longer exists. I have sent an email to the European parent company and have not received a reply.
