Completely wrong description on the page, manufacturer's page closed

The ADF tray does not hold standard US 8-1/2 x 11" paper (because the input tray is too narrow). Although the manual feeder is designed for 5-6 pages, jams occur at 6 (and sometimes 5) when using standard office paper. The nominal editing speed on your site is 106.29 fpm. I get less than 10% of it at 10 fpm. I contacted the company at the address given on their website and in the product manual and got a response that the hsm.us domain no longer exists. I have sent an email to the Europeanโ€ฆ

Fixed paper eater for office electronics

works as advertised. I have a home office with a lot of paperwork and was always on the alert. This was sorted out immediately and this is no longer a painful grind. The instructions state that the purpose of this device is to destroy a large amount of paper, and it is. The item is not too big but heavy. Plastic bags are for the trash can and cutting oil. Great shredder - love the automatic feed

This is a great shredder. I cleaned out my mother's house (60+ years of paperwork) and my old files. I bought it after starting to have problems with the Fellows 99ci which seems to overheat very easily and sometimes refuses to destroy it when it only has 2 sheets of paper. I've been working with Fellows support for "Calibration" but I'm still having issues and frustrations. (I had a 12 year old Aurora which almost never gave me any trouble until I lettered it - my fault, not the shredder! Iโ€ฆ
