Mostly belt sander belts cut into strips suitable for Work Sharp. The kit comes with 80 and 120 grit bands, which are completely useless unless you're trying to make a knife out of a flat metal shaft (I put the blade on a 1/16" piece of aluminum shaft). While I've been able to use 3 of the grits to sharpen a few knives, the lack of decent, consistent markings on the back of the belts makes the process tedious. Don't mind putting in the extra time and effort, you can get it working and it's cheaper than the Work Sharp straps, but it's not very convenient for those who want to sharpen and get started.
