I give 4 stars through no fault of the company. I just posted this without really mentioning the barbed wire. I now live close to town in a family area; High school kids walk past my fence every day; and although I bought barbed wire I doubt I can hang it on the chain link fence in the family area. Now no one takes my signs seriously. The local hardware store sells rails to assemble it - I've tricked criminals into jumping fences and stealing solar lights, a recent teen trend. That's a good sign and well done. You need to decide the pros and cons of where you live.
