Review on Pocket Radar Coach Pro Level Training by John Ghattamaraju

I bought this radar for my son in the winter to use during the spring baseball season. The device was stored in my room and remained closed until last week. When we first tried the Coach Pocket Radar it was fine. The testimony seemed reasonable and consistent. The second time was good too. My son served with his trainer at about 82 mph. The radar trainer went out this week and my son's speed was very low, around 70's. I changed the batteries several times and no improvement. The speed numbers fluctuated everywhere, from a reading of 96 (would be great but not realistic) to a low of 65 on his 4-seam fastball. Tries to stand in different positions. All top brands of batteries and nothing helped. The device is just inaccurate. I don't know, we just have an inferior product or is it a standard price? Other reviews were good so I'm not sure. I would love to get my $$$ back but I doubt it will happen.
