These bushing flanges are 5.2mm and the factory bushings (5439270) which have survived 12 years are 7mm. I've seen another customer use washers to fill the gap, but I suspect the old bushings have buckled over time. I don't see any damage in a small Z move on the machine while all other moves are stopped. Steel spacers take the load from the tightened bolt instead of the bushings themselves. The only other change I noticed was that the base OAL of the factory hubs was 35mm and their OAL is around 30mm. They do, but time will tell. I bought these because they are 100% Deleon (Delrin brand) and the material is nearly indestructible for this application. I installed them and everything seems very solid. They made a major modification to my 2007 Polaris Ranger 700XP. It's not a 6 wheeler or 2 man cab but I have 16 bushings left, enough to rework the front twice more. ;)
