Bought specifically for Skype calls with family across the country to replace an old tablet being used for the same purpose. Seems to have an unrecoverable software bug by default which causes the speakers **(&$# to turn off and not turn on again whenever the tablet is used for a skype call. Keeps popping up after uninstall multiple Skype accounts on /reinstall and after a full factory reset.Because I've been working insane hours and trying to fix the problem myself, not just returning it, I now have a $150 brick that will serve the purpose that it was purchased for is unusable can only hope they find the bug and update their software to make it workable at some point in the future but for now *AVOID THIS ON VIDEO CALLS* Update: the seller contacted me as well Contacted them after the normal return period, offered (and gave) a full refund and paid shipping to ship the defective unit back to them find. Excellent customer service despite the poor quality of the product. from 1 to 3 stars.
