As with all other mops of this type, same problem, never enough mop head material to clean properly. mop feels like i got robbed! It looks full and tight in the picture shown. However, you get very short strands of cloth when you lay it on the floor, huge holes/gaps are clearly visible where the mop cover material is supposed to cover the floor, as well as a huge round scratchy mop area with a circle in the middle. where the squeegee head material surrounds him "whatever" and calls it an invention. I suppose it can be used to remove scuffs and such. This only leads to more of them just trying to mop the floor and scratching the floor surface because there is not enough material in the mop head to prevent the miracle circle from being sufficiently covered for proper use! Very disappointed!
