I recently purchased a set of halogen light bulbs for my workbench, thinking they would provide great illumination for my projects. Unfortunately, after installing them, I found they were incredibly dim and barely useful. Through trial and error, I found that they were simply not suitable for industrial and scientific settings, despite being marketed as such.
