Product to fit 2002 Grand Cherokee WJ with 4.0L engine. However, you will need to bend the bracket that contains the connections for the accelerator pedal, shifter, and cruise control. You just have to bend the front end enough to fit shims under the side that will bolt to the actual intake, being careful not to go too far and cause a high idle. Otherwise, expect very rough gear changes and unreliable cruise control.
