The monitor is working properly; Multitouch was a problem. In a standalone kiosk, multi-touch is the death knell, as a misguided finger can shrink the display to the point where it becomes unusable for the average person who doesn't know about multi-touch. It is not possible to disable multi-touch on Windows 10 because this device uses built-in drivers and Micro-Shaft forgot to enable multi-touch control function of Windows 7 and Windows 8. I found a solution: group policy editing which disables multitouch. That means only Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise can be fixed. For anyone facing this problem, you can disable multi-touch in Windows 10 by running gpedit and finding the setting ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES -> WINDOWS COMPONENTS -> INTERNET EXPLORER -> "Disable page scaling function". " and set it to Enabled. Yes, it's called Internet Explorer, but it also works on a regular desktop.
