The device worked fine initially, the screen is very grainy but I can deal with it. However, during the transaction, the screen just flickers and won't turn on again without turning the power off and on again, without disconnecting the modem it's supposed to have. It says it doesn't need a driver, but it's wrong. I bought it a little over 30 days ago and I have no money, obviously there are no returns. Sooo worse!

The cables are too short, the monitor cannot be more than 1.5 feet from your computer. So you better get ready to have your CPU on your desktop. And the back of our monitor has a tear along its entire length, this does not affect the function of the monitor and we needed it immediately as it was an emergency replacement, otherwise we would have sent it back for replacement.

Bought one initially then bought 2 more, worked great in my retail stores and was a lot cheaper than Eleo touchscreens. Great product.

I intend to use this with a Raspberry Pi to build a touchscreen kiosk. Overall build quality is good, but the threaded inserts weren't threaded properly and the screws didn't close flush with the VESA mount. Instead of sending it back it was much easier to buy an M4 tap and re-cut the inserts. One weird thing is, when I first connected a monitor to my Raspberry Pi, I still had my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse connected and kept getting phantom right clicks even though I wasn't touching…

We bought 2 monitors and use them side by side every day. The left one is used more than the right one. However, after 2 weeks of use, it turned out that we had been sent a defective monitor (almost unused), currently without the possibility of identification or return. The monitor is bleeding characters across the screen and occurred at the end of 4 weeks. I do not recommend this product and would definitely like to ask for a refund even though it was last month.

It's a great monitor for touchscreen POS systems. It's heavy so it doesn't wobble. Glass from edge to edge makes it very modern and elegant. It's also easy to clean. Highly recommended if that's what you're looking for.

One of the two monitors was defective. Turns on 15-20 seconds after turning on, the screen flickers, the touch screen is not recognized by the computer.

Very bad product. The video quality is extremely poor. I bought this as a backup monitor for my POS system. It's not worth it.

I don't usually write reviews, but I decided to do so to warn others. I bought 2 and they were advertised as new. But they are not new. One was missing the correct power cord and both screens had scratches. don't buy that. And if you do, think twice before you buy.

The very solid base has reduced the shake and movement common to other touch monitors. The price was very competitive and I really liked that there are VGA and HDMI ports.

These monitors are a piece of shit! DO NOT BUY THEM. BELIEVE ME! Support couldn't help me either. Monitors keep turning off for no reason. Support just told me to call Amazon and they will refund my money. Monitors are BAD, BAD, BAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU.
