Review on FundHero by Abdalla Galloway

The customer service from our team at fundhero was great! They helped us figure out what we needed as far software goes without being pushy or trying too hard after sales closed (which I had concerns about - thanks!)Fund Hero has been awesome so far in terms of their support services once they have figured things out/made changes that were necessary during implementation process. We use it primarily because its cheap compared to others but also because there aren't any other options like this one available right now if your looking specifically into non profit needs where price isn’t an issue. It's not really something i dislike personally though since everything works well enough even when using multiple platforms simultaneously which can sometimes get confusing especially while setting up automated emails etc. Still learning how best utilize it overall however. Currently only able to do online donations through them unfortunately although planing on adding offline option soon hopefully within next month time frame.
