It's really simple: you put some cauliflower in a blender

I recently went on a paleo diet in hopes of losing some weight and reducing inflammation to help. A friend does the same and strongly advised me to buy one of these to do the things that come with this diet. My first attempt at using it was to mash cauliflower. It's really easy to prepare: you put some cauliflower in a blender, add some water to puree it, and puree until smooth. You take it out of the blender and tape the mixture onto cheesecloth. You roll it up, making sure the ends aren't open or you'll lose the puree, and squeeze it over the sink or into a bowl. This will help hold the porridge together and remove excess liquid from it. The napkin is huge (approx. 15 x 32 inches) so it's so easy to use! The little porridge didn't go away and I have a good porridge. I fried it in coconut oil with some spice and it was done. I plan to use this to make cauliflower rice. I washed it by putting it in a mesh garment bag and tossing it with the kitchen towels. It's very good so while it might not be listed I would recommend it to keep the fabric nice! Definitely recommend it! Before this purchase I hadn't even heard of one and now I need more :)
