Poor quality Good for kitchenware and gadgets

Terrible. You get what you pay for. The fabric rips and flies and gets into anything you use it with. Don't trust Amazon reviews, many companies pay people to write 5 star reviews.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Good gauze for making kefir

Actually it's a quality gauze with the right thin weave that doesn't tear like other brands then leave threads and shreds in the food I cook. I ordered this cheesecloth to help me strain the kefir and use it as a jar lid to allow the mixture to breathe. I also plan to use it to strain fruit puree for cheesecake. For the price (less than $5), the size is large and lasts 6 months or more. I would definitely buy this again.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • makes me mad

Not lint free! on Cheese Tools

It says lint free, but if you look closely you can see tiny tufts of hair. I decided to trust it anyway, so I just rinse it out thoroughly before using it. It still smelled faintly, but could it be natural? However, I would definitely go for higher quality gauze. Most likely thrown in the trash. Other reviews said it turned their liquids brown? This worries me because the first thing I used was my fruit and veg smoothie so I don't even know if it affected my drink but oh well I guess.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Requires a socket

It's really simple: you put some cauliflower in a blender

I recently went on a paleo diet in hopes of losing some weight and reducing inflammation to help. A friend does the same and strongly advised me to buy one of these to do the things that come with this diet. My first attempt at using it was to mash cauliflower. It's really easy to prepare: you put some cauliflower in a blender, add some water to puree it, and puree until smooth. You take it out of the blender and tape the mixture onto cheesecloth. You roll it up, making sure the ends aren'tโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High scores for support and longevity from testers
Cons
  • Not as fat as other varieties
