Review on πŸ§€ Regency Natural Ultra Fine Cheesecloth: Ideal for Basting, Straining, and Making Cheese by James Mayberry

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good gauze for making kefir

Actually it's a quality gauze with the right thin weave that doesn't tear like other brands then leave threads and shreds in the food I cook. I ordered this cheesecloth to help me strain the kefir and use it as a jar lid to allow the mixture to breathe. I also plan to use it to strain fruit puree for cheesecake. For the price (less than $5), the size is large and lasts 6 months or more. I would definitely buy this again.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • makes me mad
