One of the blue cartridges was leaking in the packaging but Kingjet responded immediately and sent a new box, not just a replacement cartridge but a brand new box which was very impressive. But along with the leaked cyan cartridge, my printer doesn't recognize the magenta cartridge at all and I've tried 2 different cartridges with the same results. I tried to save some money but these cartridges don't work.
