This handheld vacuum is handy and picks up dirt from floor mats. I have 2 main problems with it. First, not all nozzles fit, wrong coupling. Second, we can't figure out how to open it to change the filter. My husband said he felt like he would break it if he tried too hard to open it. Edit: My husband got to the filter without damaging it. He says the more he uses the vacuum cleaner, the more he likes it.
