Review on 🚤 J-B Weld MarineWeld Epoxy - 2 oz. - Ideal for Marine Applications by Awiwi Swift

I've used about six pairs of JB Weld's in the last three months and haven't found a single one Tube that has been completely filled with product. Most tubes have air bubbles inside that lose about 5-10% of the product, but I've had a pair that had about 20% air in the center of the tube and one was only 3/4 full. ! Worse still, if I keep a 50/50 mix every time I use it, I feel like I'm running out of resin so even leftover hardener can't be used. I love the product I'm receiving. That works great. But these air pockets in the tube are so common that it's hard to believe they are unaware of the problem. I understand why this happens with foods like potato chips and granola, but there's no excuse for that here. Toothpaste manufacturers have figured out how to solve this problem, so the same technology can certainly be applied to JB Weld. UPDATE I emailed JB Weld customer service about an issue I was having with air pockets and they responded quickly with an apology and seemed genuine. thanks and interested to know more. They requested pictures I had taken to document how the product was being used (which I offered in my original email) and told me they would send a replacement product. I did not request or expect any compensation. I just wanted to let you know that you are having production issues. I was expecting a free JB Weld kit that would more than make up for the missing product in the tubes I use, but they sent me replacements for *all four* kits I used (2 JB Weld and 2 Marine) . Welding). I have always felt that the problem I have with someone I do business with is not as important as how they handle the problem. In this case, they more than earned their 5th star and won their customer back.
