I moved the drive to another slot, and the vibrations became noticeably lower. I put a heavy book on top of the system manager - they disappeared altogether. The drive itself is very quiet. So the questions here are to the case, not to the drive, any drive with the same speed will cause vibrations if the case is prone to it.
