Last material coming off the backing
I rode these lasts once a week for one season. They worked pretty well. Then the pillow failed. Almost all of the upholstery material just fell off. I could live with that, but I put on a different set and one of the pads lost all pad material on the first ride. Luckily, this happened at a time when hard braking wasn't critical. I would avoid that. I've used other regular pads with no problems and have never seen failure like this in decades of riding.
