Useless. Deserves 0 stars
Those rubber bands are useless. After about 20 good golf swings with the 9 iron, there is still no mark on the belt. There were a few grass stains, but these tapes never featured a percussive "bruise". I thought maybe the effect on the club's ligaments is too weak to leave a mark, but neither the irons nor the driver leave even the slightest mark on the ligament. Don't waste money.
