Mounts these to a ceiling joist to hang swings and rocking toys. They are very durable and handle my 200+ lbs well. I pre-drilled holes in the wooden joist and then screwed them in until the shoulder was flush with the joist. The strands are thin enough that I could adjust each one about a quarter turn to make it look nice and tidy without pulling back from the bar. Overall I'm very happy with the durability, quality and looks.
