
I cooked a whole turkey the other day. I love white meat turkey sandwiches, but cutting them with a knife is a hassle. I have used this with white turkey, I refrigerate the meat for a day then take it out for slicing. It was so easy to work with, I used #3 for slicing, the sandwiches tasted so much better when sliced thin and stacked. I cut up all the white meat and bagged the portions for later. Clean up is easy once you know what to do and it was a breeze. I like it. I've been looking for one for years but couldn't find one in my budget. Now I can buy a whole ham or a good roast beef and cut a heart for many sandwiches. I used to be afraid of slicing meat for sandwiches because I can't make it thin enough, it's warped and not portioned. this tailor is a dream. Thanks very much!
