The ease in which you are able to submit your application online! It has made my life so much easier by being able to do all this work from home with no hassle at all. I would recommend using their live chat feature as sometimes when submitting an app or update they seem to get stuck but if we contact them through there customer service team then everything works out great for us both times!! There really isn't anything i dislike about this website/app its just perfect what every one needs especially those who have been affected by Covid 19 pandemic.
