I DEFINITELY prefer them to popsockets. They're not as stylish as pop sockets and need to be replaced more often than sockets, but I love that unlike pop sockets, you can only use them with one finger. Buying a black ring instead of the usual silver ring gives your phone a more elegant look. In the beginning it was tough, but a little looser. Actually I prefer it to be rigid so I can use it as a footstool. I put it on badly so there was a hint of an air bubble. but I honestly don't care.
