Very frustrating. on Ceiling Fans and Accessories
This is the second remote they sent me and I'm having the same problem again. It acts like the battery is dead for Ben (I think?) even though it's a Jewish battery. That way when you press the command button the light won't come on and obviously nothing will happen. I sent my first one back assuming it was defective but now this new one is doing the same. If I remove the battery (which is VERY difficult) and put it back in, everything works fine temporarily. I am extremely disappointed
