1- I love this mug! 2- I bought it for myself and as a CHRISTMAS GIFT. 3- It holds 12 oz. attractive and visually appealing. 6- Its light weight. 7- The recipe label on the mug is very easy to read. 8- The words on the recipe label are large enough to be easy to read. 9- The words on the recipe label are crisp and clear, don't smudge and don't look cheap. Professional looking label, well made 10- The mug is white on the inside 11- I ordered this mug on December 2nd, 2014. It arrived quickly 12- I bought this as a Christmas present. I opened it on Christmas day and use it every day for cold and hot drinks. 13. The mug is microwave safe and I've had hot drinks almost every day since Christmas. 14. March 2, 2015 I washed a mug in the sink with dish soap. I held the mug in my left hand while cleaning the handle with my right and to my surprise the handle broke off. It was a clean break, the lower part of the handle had broken off. Approximately 'inches' of the top of the handle was left attached. 15. Which brings me to an important safety point: Every time I put a mug in the microwave, I heat the drink for 1:20 minutes. The handle gets hot and I needed an oven mitt to wrap it around the handle. 16. Having never accidentally knocked the mug anywhere, I'm still SHOCKED why the handle breaks off in the wash.
