This is a nice mug but it seems to stain the mug very easily. I don't like that the pen is on the left side, when holding it with the right hand the label is on the back. I had to buy another large flap that received less than positive reviews. Not enough coffee for this A&P student.

I warn everyone who buys this mug. DO NOT MICROWAVE THIS MUG! Damn, I burned my hand on the handle trying to warm up the coffee! How painful! The bottom also falls off for some reason. The cup itself is cute. My opinion is dangerous. This has never happened to any coffee mug I've ever bought in my life!

Bought this mug a few months ago. I only wash it by hand and now it's all cracked. I heard it crack when I first used it when I was pouring coffee. I did not think about that. Since then I have used it several times and I always hear a slight crack, today I looked inside and saw all the cracks. This mug is not intended for use with hot liquids. A pen holder would be better.

I love new Bigmouths so much so this review was quite expected. The mug is quite large and arrived in perfect condition. I didn't take it out of the box as it's a gift but I tapped the enamel and it's very strong and looks lovely. There are no thin patches of paint and the writing/labels are easy to read. I can't wait to gift this mug to my coffee lover! Such a fun novelty gift that I'm sure will be used often and bring lots of laughs!

Once bitten, twice shy. This is my second purchase of Big Mouth Toys mugs and it arrived with unglazed spots on the inside of the mug and a cracked handle that you can't see or feel.
