Very nice little thing. I bought 5 of these as "door prizes" for nurses week. One arrived broken in half right out of the box. At ADON, her tear in the lip area was transparent through the white part and turned a little orange. She didn't drop it or heat it in the microwave. I kept it in my office, washed it and only used it for coffee or hot tea. Both drinks are also available without a microwave. I sent it back and the original is broken. I'm not sure about the other three, but they were warned you can't handle it. The additive currently used by ADON has deformed spots in the orange area - small bumps where the surface is not smooth. She still pours coffee and hot tea into it, but she thinks it won't last long, and then it will just be a cup handle. Just FYI for anyone interested - made very cheaply and doesn't last long. I also just got a notification that my "refund never arrived". I received the messages "Your return is on the way" and "We have received your return" back in May so I'm not sure what to do with this last message which only came in today - a month later.
