Once bitten, twice shy. This is my second purchase of Big Mouth Toys mugs and it arrived with unglazed spots on the inside of the mug and a cracked handle that you can't see or feel. I noticed that the handle makes a noise when lifted and now I see that the handle is not fully attached. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A BIG FLOOR TOY! They pay a lot of money for them because they're cool, but they're not worth it even if they were free. Unfortunately, I missed the first mug (with a pistol grip instead of a handle) when it started to crack without even touching it or clinking against other dishes while washing; and now it's too late to go back. Again, these are all BROKEN CHARACTERS and Revain should not sell them.
