Review on ๐Ÿšซ 14 Gallon Capacity Rubbermaid Commercial FG9S3000WHT by Christy Wood

This Brute is a WIMP! Save your money!

This is not the commercial or industrial quality from Rubbermaid that I expected. In fact, I think I could buy 4 bags of comparable quality from Target for the same money. The most amazing thing about this bag is the lid. If I hadn't just looked and read the reviews from people who complained about this I would have thought they sent me the wrong cap. And so the cover is thin and almost see-through. Light shadows are visible as a result. And it has an odd curve when you try to put it on your pocket. There is no way I would put another bag on top of it, especially if there was something heavy in it. I'm sure the weight will bend and break the lid. Although I like the handles on this bag. They are turned outwards and to the side so you can easily pick them up without pinching your hand, especially when the bag is fully loaded. But I don't expect ease of use from Rubbermaid, especially at this price point. I have 20 year old Rubbermaid baskets that will put this bag to shame. I know Rubbermaid can do better and do better - over the past few years I've purchased Rubbermaid's commercial trash line and recycling bins, lobby trash cans, and Slim Jim trash cans to use as a hoe. All of them were strong and had already faced quite a bit of violence. They can withstand just about anything, so it's worth paying more for them than similar products in big stores. But not this bag. I can't imagine why Rubbermaid is selling it.
