Review on Uniden TCX440 5.8 GHz Accessory 📞 Handset: Enhanced Communication with Color LCD (Silver) by Samantha Bryant

I have bought 6 of these for my home in the last 2.5 years. They all work great and I never cease to be amazed at how advanced they are. The only issues I've encountered are related to the battery, but I believe battery issues are common to all phones. My previous $300 top-end Panasonic phone system also had battery problems. A Uniden battery will die after 1 year of use, and the second battery (the other handset) will only charge to half its normal capacity. I have a large two story house and the reception is excellent except at the far ends of the house where the handset is on a different floor than the base. I'm sure it has to do with the wall and floor construction because reception is crystal clear in the garage and yard which are much farther from base. The advanced feature set is incredible and still outperforms many of the phones I've researched. I control all the phones using the Uniden software utility that comes with it. My contact information downloaded from Outlook worked great and the phones worked great, exchanging data and communicating with each other. This is a beautiful, durable and modern phone despite being 2-3 years old.
