Very easy to assemble, even I managed it! LOVE glowing wheels!
My 4 year old LOVES this! We didn't realize it was a tilt and turn until we assembled it, but after 3 days it turned pro! We like the backlit silicone wheels so he can rough up on the tiled floor. Very easy to assemble. I only gave it 3 stars for durability because the brake broke and then the steering wheel. But my 4 year old is a daredevil so I don't know whose fault it is. Scooter or Devil DARE.
