Good clasp for the price
The locking parts are ok but the rods/pins suck. The poles are thin with a rubber tube around them. In comparison, other closures of this type have thick steel shafts and no plastic tubes. Also, tightening the pins is a nightmare. Once everything is installed it seems to be doing its job.
- Resistant to heat and scratches. Lock the hood firmly even in rough terrain to reduce hood wobble.
