I have been using this lens for almost a year and a half. Never regretted the purchase. There is no desire to change glass. I advise those who buy a protective filter for it to take a good look so that the filter itself does not touch the front lens. Due to the fact that it is convex, the filter can leave marks on it. Different pros: Excellent sharpness at all focal lengths. Lies well in the hand. The focus ring is large, comfortable and very sensitive - a definite plus. Some cons: When the subject is far from the camera, it may miss focusing a little. But these are trifles. There are also problems with the lens hood - but I'm already used to it.
