I have ordered 4 of these units. After using them in my wife's and I's cars for the whole of last summer, I have noticed that the arms of my glasses are DEFORMED due to the heat. Since the temples hold the glasses very tightly to the holder, the constant heat in the car has caused my acrylic temples to warp a bit. I did notice that my glasses "felt" crooked for the first month, but after a few months they became noticeably visually crooked. I had to take the sunglasses to an eyepiece shop and they had to adjust the temples. Now I use them to keep my gift cards and postcards in the car but not my sunglasses.
