Review on Eyoyo Touchscreen 1920X1080 Compatible Smartphone 13.3" - Portable, HDMI, IPS, 60Hz - UAEHLXZB0655YG by Paul Baker

I bought this model separately for the HDMI input, I expect to connect it via USB-C from a mobile phone or even a Nintendo Switch with a very good USB-CC cable. I have another 15.6 inch non-touchscreen model that works fine with a single cable to the phone. This model doesn't work at all. I've tried using the external power supply via USB-C when connected to my cellphone with all port combinations, but nothing seems to work. Either mine is defective or it's just a bad product.
