I like that it has multiple options for booking inmates, including self-service kiosks in jails or prisons as well! It can be difficult at times if you have an inmate who needs special attention (for example mental health issues). The software isn't always intuitive so there are some things we've had problems figuring out how best utilize certain features of our jail program - but this could just mean they're not used often enough yet by us staff members? We haven’t found anything specific about their product itself; however after using other similar products before deciding upon them specifically because each one was better than others when compared side by side! Our main goal now would simply seem more efficient overall time spent managing prisoners/inmates within my department rather then having different people handle tasks differently depending where someone happens work day wise etc., This makes life much easier all around since everyone knows what exactly.
