I almost sent it back because it didn't fit in XCTU on my Mac. When I installed it, it worked straight away. It's nice and solid, and I love that it has a nice array of buttons (especially for reset) and indicators, unlike the cheaper adapters I've used before. Just like it is microUSB vs. miniUSB.
