This is the worst possible scenario! I placed my delivery order on Wednesday, and they informed me that the things would arrive on November 18th, 2022. 9:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. I sat all day and waited, and then, an hour before 18:00, an SMS appeared saying that, according to your order, delivery will come the following day because it was already on 11/19/2022. Even during the day, there is no explanation for why the goods are delayed, and assistance is completely silent! It is in your best interest to make the trip to the store and make the purchase there, rather than risk ruining your day by calling customer service and learning that your order is being moved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IN ANY WAY!
