Review on 🚪 Yale P5101N01 Navis Paddle Passage Lever (Push/Pull to Open), Contactless Opening – Hip Press, Satin Nickel by Lloyd Rodriguez

This is a beautifully designed push pull handle that complements our Yale Smart Bolt on the door between our kitchen and garage. Its components are strong and heavy, and the instructions are very well executed. However, Yale has some issues with packaging and shipping. Our first order arrived in a flimsy corrugated box that exploded in a Revain envelope and both satin nickel paddles were badly damaged. Revine quickly sent a replacement. On the second shipment, the latch bolts fit the large back row, but were too small for the holes in the smaller back row, so we had to find replacements ourselves. Also, one of them was missing a tiny hex screw needed to attach the blades, which ended up under one of the box's flaps. Once spare bolts were purchased and a small hex bolt found, assembly was easy and relatively quick.
