Wow! That's great! Not only have I gritted my teeth my whole life, I've also worked as a dentist for 20 years. The dentist I worked for made a very expensive (about $500) night watchman very similar to this one. It is only worn on the top two front teeth, this helps the jaw to relax and not tighten as usually happens when the teeth are allowed to close. I was skeptical that this boil and bite guard would do the same job but thought I'd give it a try after my expensive night guard broke and I no longer work in the dentist's office. To my surprise, this night protection works great! I'm so excited! It has greatly reduced the nighttime teeth clenching that usually accompanies headaches and neck pain upon waking. I would recommend it to anyone who has teeth grinding problems.
